Shift/Schedule: Monday Friday, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM EST
Schedule: 5x8, with rotating weekends required
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience .
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer and inventory management skills.
Ability to work in a healthcare/clinical environment and follow established procedures.
Store supplies in clean rooms, carts, and designated supply areas while following proper inventory rotation procedures.
Scan inventory labels to generate replenishment orders for stock and non-stock items.
Pick supplies from storage locations for distribution and placement into case carts.
Restock exchange carts, including Code/Crash Carts and procedural carts/trays.
Inspect supply locations for expired or recalled products and remove items according to established policies.
Distribute oxygen tanks and minor equipment as needed.
Deliver supplies and packages to nursing units, clinics, and other designated locations using appropriate signature technology.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and customer service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Process inventory issues and credits in the ERP system while ensuring accurate cost allocation.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies and maintain required documentation.
Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
Operate handheld devices, package scanners, inventory systems, and other computer technologies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and ensure inventory/par locations remain free of dirt, dust, and trash.
Assist with training new and existing Supply Chain staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
