Supply Chain Manager

Athens, GA

Behavioral Safety Products  designs and manufactures ligature-resistant solutions to help create safer environments in behavioral healthcare settings.

We’re looking for an organized, proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee products from purchasing and production through internation shipping, receiving, and inventory.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in supply chain, purchasing, production coordination, logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and business systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
• International manufacturing, importing, warehouse, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate production schedules and maintain communication with manufacturing partners.
• Manage purchasing, inventory levels, and replenishment planning.
• Track inbound shipments, freight, and international logistics.
• Coordinate receiving and inventory with warehouse and 3PL partners
• Monitor inventory accuracy and help prevent stockouts.
• Maintain accurate records and improve supply-chain processes.
• Identify delays or supply chain issues and communicate solutions to the appropriate teams.
• Support process improvements across production, purchasing, and logistics.
