Our client is seeking a Part-Time Accounting & Data Entry Clerk to support their accounting team with invoice entry, reconciliations, and a system migration project. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn and grow.

• Location: Knoxville, TN (Onsite)
• Compensation: $17-$18 per hour
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule

• 20-30 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• Flexible schedule between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices, bills, and vendor information
• Assist with accounts payable and reconciliations
• Support transition from QuickBooks Enterprise to QuickBooks Online/Sage
• Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy
• Assist with various accounting projects as needed

Qualifications

• Accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry experience preferred
• Exposure to QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Enjoys problem-solving and working as part of a team

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
