Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for controlling freight forwarding shipments across the USA using different modes of transportation. This person will be responsible for dispatching trucks and setting up shipments. At times, this person will also need to drive our vans to do local pickups in the area and be required to use the forklift to unload/load a driver. The operations agent's primary focus is providing a high level of customer service to all our customers. The hours for this position are from 12 pm to 9 pm Monday - Friday.
What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:
• Complete shipment process in our TMS including quoting, data entry, pickup/delivery schedule
• Provide courteous etiquette via phone or e-mail interaction with customers, vendors, Precision Air Cargo teammates throughout the organization.
• Ensuring all customer's instructions are followed and met. Obtain all details necessary for shipment/quote in order to evaluate all factors to ensure the customer’s request is satisfied.
• Examine all possible factors prior to shipment coordination and/or pricing to ensure the most successful result.
• Input all essential information into our TMS for shipment coordination and billing is achieved.

Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Must be 25 or older
