Full-Time Call Center Agent
Company: notifyMD l Location: Chesapeake, VA (In-Office) l Pay: $17.50/hr
Schedule: 40 hrs/week (10-hr shifts) l Requires working one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and holidays

Day-to-day:

• Deliver friendly, professional, and empathetic customer service during high-volume incoming calls.
• Accurately collect, verify, and route message details to clients.
• Enter caller data efficiently into our system with a high degree of precision.
• Meet and exceed core metrics, including scheduled adherence, average call wrap-up times, and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.

Requirements:

• Upbeat, clear, and professional phone demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal English skills (correct grammar and spelling required).
• Basic proficiency with Windows-based computer systems.
• Typing speed of at least 35WPM.
• Dependable attendance and a strong dedication to quality work.
• Availability to work one weekend day per week and scheduled holidays.
