About the Company

Well Bilt Industries designs and manufactures hangar doors and industrial doors for commercial, military, and private aviation clients nationwide. As we continue to expand, we're building out our business development team to grow relationships across the preconstruction and construction pipeline.

About the Role

This role is focused on driving growth in the preconstruction sector while also managing and supporting current projects within an assigned territory. You'll be the face of Well Bilt Industries to architecture and engineering (A&E) firms, general contractors, and project owners, working to get Well Bilt specified early and often on upcoming hangar and industrial door projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with A&E firms, general contractors, and owners within your territory-in person meetings may be required to present the products and services we offer
• Drive early-stage engagement during the preconstruction phase to get Well Bilt products specified into upcoming projects
• Manage and support the pipeline of current projects within your territory through to close
• Represent Well Bilt Industries at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events
• Travel as needed within your territory and to industry events nationwide
• Track and report on pipeline activity, territory performance, and growth opportunities
• Meet with Busness Development team memebrs as well as Executive staff online as well as in person.
• Expect to spend some time in the home office learning the products and the culture, online meetings as well as inperson and offsite will take place.

Qualifications

Proven business development experience, specifically working with A&E firms on a national level. Position requires a clean background due to the nature of working on Military Installations.

Required Skills

• A track record of building relationships and driving specification/preconstruction wins
• Comfort and confidence representing a company at trade events and industry conferences
• Willingness to travel as needed to support your territory and attend industry events
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage a territory independently
• Experience in construction products, building materials, doors, or related industries is a strong plus

Pay range and compensation package

This position offers a base salary plus commission structure, rewarding both consistent territory management and new business growth.
